2026 Off Season - Fico's indulgent truffle tasting menu
For the Off Season, Fico Hobart will serve a five-course winter set menu celebrating Tasmanian black truffles. Crunchy pasta with raw Cape Grim beef, scallop gnocchetti in truffle beurre blanc, venison pithivier and honey gelato crowned with shaved truffle. Get ready for a rich, indulgent taste of Tasmanian winter flavours. All dishes include truffle and the set menu is priced at $220 per person, for food only and available from 30th June 2026 - 15th August 2026.
