Lunch with the Producers
This September, Fico welcomes two of our producers from Italy, Michele Perinotti from Gli Aironi & Andrea Bezzecchi from Acetaia San Giacomo. We are pleased to share with you two world class producers over a five course lunch.
Michele is a 5th generation rice producer, offering some of Europe's finest cultivation. He will showcase Gli Aironi's expert and innovative style that has ensured the sustainability of this wonderful family business.
Andrea is Chairman of the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar Consortium of Reggio Emilia, and produces a range of artisanal vinegars & balsamics. His passion for vinegar is infectious, so come prepared to be marvelled by his unique range.
